About

Public data, read for sellers.

Post-Acute Signals is a weekly intelligence brief for vendors who sell into skilled nursing, home health and hospice.

What we do

We track the public record on post-acute care facilities, state by state, and turn it into one short weekly edition: which facilities are in pain, changing owners, short-staffed, or brand new. Each state gets its own edition, named “[State] Post-Acute Signals.”

The people who read it sell to these facilities: therapy, staffing, pharmacy, supplies, technology and services. They don't need more data. They need to know where to call first, and why.

How we work

Every number comes from public sources. We don't buy data, scrape private systems, or rely on tips.

Each week we rebuild every state's picture from the public record and rank facilities by pain, so the facilities under the most pressure come first. The edition is written from that ranking, and every figure is verified and fact-checked before publication.

Our editorial rules

  1. Glanceable in 60 seconds. The brief comes first and stays short. Detail follows for those who want it.
  2. Every claim sourced. If a figure can't be traced to a public dataset, it doesn't run.
  3. Pain-ranked, never padded.Facilities appear because the data puts them there, in the order the data ranks them.
  4. New targets every week. Our signature section: the facilities a seller should know about now.
  5. Confident, concrete, zero hype.We state what the data shows and stop there.

What we're not

We're not a lead database or a CRM, and nothing we publish is business, legal, or investment advice. We publish a weekly reading of public data, with the sources attached.
